Are you...

Starting something new—whether it’s college, a career, or building independence—can be exciting but also overwhelming.

We’ll help you develop the tools to manage stress, make confident decisions, and navigate this chapter of your life with clarity.

When work, relationships, and self-care all feel like too much to handle, therapy can help.

Together, we’ll create strategies to reduce stress, set healthy boundaries, and find balance so you can feel like yourself again.

Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding—and challenging—roles.

Whether you’re navigating co-parenting, managing conflict, or trying to connect with your kids, we’ll help you find the support and strategies you need to build a healthier family dynamic.

Being a man in today’s world isn’t easy. You’re expected to be strong, successful, and in control—but rarely given the space to talk about the challenges you face. Whether it’s navigating relationships, building your career, or figuring out what’s next, society often overlooks the unique struggles men face.

At Orion Psychology, we get it. Therapy here isn’t about soft conversations or clichés—it’s about giving you practical tools to take charge of your life while staying true to who you are. We’ll help you build emotional intelligence, communicate more effectively, and handle the pressures of dating, marriage, fatherhood, or work without losing yourself in the process.

You don’t have to carry the weight alone. Let’s work together to cut through the noise, find clarity, and create a plan that works for you. Therapy doesn’t make you weak—it’s how you sharpen your strength.

Feeling adrift or uncertain doesn’t mean you’re lost—it means you’re ready to explore life more deeply.

At Orion Psychology, we help you make sense of these big questions and find stability in the face of uncertainty. Through therapy, you can:

  • Explore your values, beliefs, and sense of purpose.
  • Learn strategies to navigate the anxiety and overwhelm that come with life’s unpredictability.
  • Build a stronger connection to yourself and others.
  • Develop a sense of grounding and confidence, even in an uncertain world.

Existential security isn’t about finding all the answers—it’s about learning how to navigate life with resilience, clarity, and peace of mind.

Healing from trauma isn’t about forgetting the past—it’s about understanding how it affects you and learning how to move forward with strength and clarity. At Orion Psychology, we provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can:

  • Process your experiences with a therapist who truly listens and understands.
  • Learn techniques to manage triggers and overwhelming emotions.
  • Develop healthier coping mechanisms to replace avoidance or self-criticism.
  • Reclaim your sense of safety, confidence, and self-worth.

You don’t have to live in the shadow of your past. With the right support, healing is possible.

Addiction doesn’t define you—it’s something you’re struggling with, and you don’t have to face it alone. At Orion Psychology, we approach addiction with compassion and a focus on lasting change by:

  • Addressing the root causes of your addiction, whether emotional pain, trauma, or unmet needs.
  • Providing tools to navigate cravings, triggers, and setbacks with resilience.
  • Helping you rebuild damaged relationships and restore trust in yourself.
  • Empowering you to set realistic goals and celebrate progress, no matter how small.

You’re stronger than you think, and with the right guidance, you can regain control and live a life of purpose and freedom.

Grief can be heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. At Orion Psychology, we believe that healing isn’t about forgetting—it’s about honoring your loss while finding the strength to rebuild. Therapy gives you the space to:

  • Understand and process your emotions, whether they’re sadness, anger, guilt, or confusion.
  • Work through the fear of moving forward without losing the connection to what mattered most.
  • Reconnect with others and with yourself, even when it feels impossible.
  • Find purpose and meaning after loss, so you can step into the next chapter of your life.

Grief isn’t something you have to “get over.” It’s something you can learn to carry with courage and grace—and we’re here to help you find that strength.

Feeling stuck or unfulfilled doesn’t mean you’re doing life wrong—it means you’re ready for something deeper.

At Orion Psychology, we help you break free from the feeling that life is just “fine” and guide you toward something more meaningful. Through therapy, you can:

  • Clarify what truly matters to you and what brings you joy.
  • Break out of routines that feel unfulfilling and create space for growth.
  • Gain tools to manage self-doubt and stop comparing yourself to others.
  • Learn how to set goals that reflect who you are and what you want for your future.

Life satisfaction isn’t about perfection—it’s about living with intention, passion, and a sense of purpose. We’ll work with you to build a life that feels exciting and true to you.

It's time to try something new.

Common Questions

Getting Started

Therapy is for anyone who wants to work through challenges, gain clarity, or improve their mental well-being. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps, therapy can provide the support and tools to help you move forward.

Your first session is about getting to know you—what’s on your mind, what’s been challenging, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Your therapist will ask questions, but there’s no pressure to have all the answers. It’s a space for you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

That’s completely normal. During the intake consultation, our team will listen to what you’re looking for and help guide you toward the right therapist and approach. Therapy is personalized to fit your needs, not the other way around.

No. Therapy is for anyone looking to improve their mental health, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis.

Absolutely! Therapy isn’t just for crisis situations. Many people use therapy as a tool for self-reflection, personal growth, and maintaining emotional well-being.

Logistics & Scheduling

We offer all three—fully in-person, fully virtual, or a combination of both, depending on what works best for you.

We know life gets busy. You can reschedule sessions as long as it’s at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a $100 fee.

Yes, we offer a free 15-minute consultation to match you with the right therapist. After that, you’ll complete intake forms and schedule your first full session.

Finding the Right Therapist

We believe the therapist-client relationship is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. Our mission is to have providers that reflect the populations we support.

Our intake team carefully matches clients with therapists based on both their specialty areas and demographic needs. Finding the right fit is an ongoing process, and we are always assessing whether a client and therapist are the best match.

Orion Psychology utilizes a broad range of therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are. We offer evidence-based treatments such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Trauma-Informed Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy
  • And many other approaches tailored to your needs

Yes. Orion is a collective of diverse therapists trained in supporting a wide range of concerns. We have specialists who work with men’s issues, grief, trauma, anxiety, relationships, and more.

If you don’t feel connected with your therapist, let us know. We want you to feel comfortable, and we’re happy to help match you with another provider who may be a better fit.

The Therapy Process

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make it as easy as possible. We offer telehealth therapy so you can have your sessions in a space where you feel comfortable. Our therapists focus on building rapport and creating a safe space before diving into deeper issues.

The length of therapy varies for each person. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy focused on a specific issue, while others find long-term therapy helpful for ongoing growth and support. Your therapist will work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your goals.

Not all therapy experiences are the same. If your previous therapist or approach didn’t feel right, that doesn’t mean therapy won’t work for you.

Our intake process helps ensure you’re matched with someone who aligns with your needs and preferences.

That’s completely fine! Your therapist will guide the conversation and help you explore what’s most important to you.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about discovering them together.

Therapy is your choice.

If you decide to pause or stop, your therapist will help you wrap up in a way that feels right for you.

Insurance & Costs

Yes. During the onboarding process, you’ll input your insurance information into the client portal, and our billing team will verify your coverage.

We’ll let you know your out-of-pocket costs before your first session. If you’re paying out of pocket, insurance submission isn’t required.

We believe in transparency when it comes to therapy costs. The price of sessions varies based on your therapist’s credentials and whether you’re using insurance or paying out of pocket. Here’s a breakdown of our standard rates:

Out-of-Pocket Rates

Associate Therapists (APCC, AMFT, ACSW)

  • $100 per individual session

Most affordable option, working under licensed supervision

Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

  • $150 per individual session

Psychologists (PsyD, PhD)

  • $200 per individual session

Best for in-depth psychological work and complex mental health concerns

We accept insurance and will verify your coverage during the onboarding process. Once verified, we’ll provide you with a clear breakdown of your out-of-pocket costs based on your plan. If you’re paying out of pocket, no insurance submission is required

If cost is a concern, we encourage you to ask about our lower-cost associate therapists or potential sliding scale options based on financial need.

Why Does the Cost Vary?

The cost of therapy is based on the therapist’s level of experience and qualifications:

  • Associates (APCC, AMFT, ACSW) are fully trained and work under licensed supervision.
  • Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) have years of experience and can practice independently.
  • Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) have the highest level of training, specializing in complex cases and assessments.

Regardless of the provider you choose, you’ll receive high-quality, professional care from a therapist committed to your growth and well-being.

If cost is a concern, let us know. We can explore out-of-network reimbursement, sliding-scale rates, or alternative resources to help make therapy more accessible.
